Do you need help finding your way?

There is a way of life for every illusion. We want to guide the steps of our students in the right direction. The objectives are a set of factors to be valued by the whole family. Illusions, cognitive and motor skills, education, environment, purchasing power .. An endless number of aspects to take into account when making a decision. In Sport & Life Academy we want to propose 3 life styles. What do you identify with? If you still do not know, you can choose or change your style along the way. Much encouragement!

ROAD TO LIFE

Aimed at: Children and adolescents who want to complement their daily life with a sport, with the intention of learning to play tennis well, socialize through sports and live competitive experiences against other players. This lifestyle is ideal for families who want their child to live in a healthy way.

Road to life is formed by the following stages to be fulfilled by the student and the family:

STAGE 1:
Initiation (2 days a week, 1 hour a day).

Duration: The one that the Head Coach of the academy considers.

STAGE 2:
Advanced + Ligadeclubes

ROAD TO ATP-WTA

Aimed at: Players with proven skills, with the ability to objectively reason with their technical team about their own aspirations in life through sport. Families who want to offer their child the opportunity to try to achieve their dream.
For the sake of the child, Road to ATP / WTA should not be considered until the player has a minimum age at which they can clearly see their projection (usually between the ages of 14 and 17). For that reason, Road To ATP / WTA is formed up to that age by the same evolutionary stages to be met by the student and the family as the other two lifestyles:

STAGE 1:
Beginning (2 days a week, 1 hour a day) + Tournaments Play and Stay.
Duration: The one that the Head Coach of the academy considers.

STAGE 2:
Advanced + Ligadeclubes
Recommended frequency: 3 days a week (1 hour of Tennis and 30 minutes of Physical Education a day) + Friendly team competition.
Duration: The one that the Head Coach of the academy considers.

STEP 3:
Competition + Tournaments (5 days a week, 2 hours of tennis and 1 hour of Physical Education) + Federated competitions).

STEP 4:
High Competition + Tournaments (6 days a week, 4 hours of tennis and 1 hour 30 minutes of Physical Education) + National and international competitions.

Family Attitude: Respect and support for coach decisions.
Attitude of the student: To live the day to day with spirit of improvement and to accept sacrifice as a method of learning.
