“We care a lot about the evolution of each of our students, without distinction. MOTIVATORS ABOVE TRAINERS

“We do not understand teaching without stimulation. Attending technical explanations, or picking up balls is no longer a boring task. By applying “Six to 10!”, The coach evaluates each exercise performed and gives the student a score, both when playing and when picking up. In the absence of 10 minutes to finish the class, the teacher counts the points of all the children. The highest scoring student will be more likely to win the King of The Court (final game among all students). With this system, we are able to keep all children motivated from beginning to end of class. Simple and effective!

MOTIVATION PROGRAM

We are faithful advocates of the constant evaluation of the student. By recording the functioning of the classes, as well as the behavior of the children in them, we will obtain concrete data of the evolution of each one of them. The motivation program evaluates the aspects that we consider essential in the formation of the student, throughout the season.

“The Motivation Program would be meaningless without a concrete and achievable goal for the student. Therefore, we apply a scholarship program that rewards the students who score better in the Motivation Program.
We do not scholarship to the best players of the academy, since the technical aspect is only one of the five factors that we consider important in the formation of the student. We reward those children committed to our system. A perfect way to get a correct evolution of the player.

There are two scholarships a year for our students.
2nd CLASSIFIED: SCHOLARSHIP FOR 1 MONTHS IN FREE.
1º CLASSIFIED: SCHOLARSHIP FOR 3 MONTHS IN FREE.
